My husband's prescribed controlled medication was going to run out over the weekend due to an increase in dosage prescribed on Friday. A prescription was at the pharmacy we usually use, but they close weekends, so I obtained a prescription for emergency supplies from a '111' Dr for Batley Pharmacy, Upper Commercial Street, (who are open weekends until 10.30pm). Unfortunately the Dr had forgotten to note the prescription with the dosage so Anjum (Pharmacist) contacted '111' to arrange for a new prescription to be sent to her. It took a few phone calls & quite a bit of time, but she persevered & obtained the correct prescription.
I am very grateful to Anjum & her team for the dedication & service shown to their customers. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Having had extreme pain and urgently needed medication via prescription, i went to this pharmacy as they were the only ones open and this place is a gem. The staff are very polite, professional and friendly, they put their customers and their needs first and that's very rare as I've come across other pharmacies nearby that lack that level of care and professionalism.

A special thank you to the lady who provided me with the medications I needed that evening, she went above and beyond.

Amazing service, visit for my weekly prescription, they’re friendly and know me so well they get my meds without asking my details. Always ask how I’m doing with other issues etc and do doctor requested checks quickly if I’m in a rush
